If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us by phone or email within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will come and re-clean the area of concern or provide another option to rectify the cleaning free of charge.
* Some services are billed an extra fee per cleaning (fees disclosed below in “Services Provided per Request” section). However, if you have purchased a “time limit” cleaning, you can have any service that we offer done in that time period. We can provide the services in your home based on your personal priority list. .
